Mountain View Sports & Club (a non-profit 501.c3) humbly appeals to your generosity and asks that you consider our organization worthy of your sponsorship and/or donation. Your contribution allows us to assist junior players who aspire to use tennis as a vehicle to college.
Year after year MVSRC teaches over 100 kids tennis for whom tennis might be a new sport. The organization's mission is to promote character building, teamwork, respect for others, self confidence, and integrity, among this under served community of young tennis players. This accomplishment is under the direction of 11 volunteer board members and 7 coaches. There are no paid positions within the organization.
Our request from $250 - $1,000 to become a Corporate Sponsor for the Junior Programs. Your donation will go directly to the Virginia Glass Scholarship Fund. This fund is used to help out with kids lessons, tournament fees, travel expenses, and equipment. By making a contribution, your business would receive local recognition and advertising at a very visible, high traffic park. The MLK Park is home to many youth and sports, including tennis, soccer, Little League football, softball with attendance that overflows the parking lot regularly.
