Hitting Drills, Improve ground strokes, volleys, overheads and serves. Learn the winning strategies in playing Singles & Doubles. Preparation for team league play. For level 3.5.
Learn better Net Play, Serve & Volley, Court Positioning, and Shot Selection. Singes and doubles strategies. For Players ranked 4.0 and higher.
Cardio Tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout. Cardio Tennis is a very social activity for all ages, ability and fitness levels. The Cardio Balls equalize the playing field and enhance the workout.
